A type of forced induction which uses a compressor to increase the pressure of the air entering each cylinder. The process is the same as that of a turbo charger, but turbo lag is reduced by using two different sized turbo chargers. The smaller turbo charger provides faster response and boost in lower RPMs, while the larger turbo charger provides more boost in higher RPMs.
